Infosys or EY for SAP ABAP

I am currently working as Senior Software engineer with 3.7 years of experience into SAP ABAP module. Currently getting paid 9.5 lpa including variable but in current company we will 100% variable.

And now holding an offer from infosys 13.5 LPA in which 12.15 is fixed and from EY 12.2 lpa fixed and 10% variable above it.. EY just matched the infosys offer...

Which can be better.....

Go with EY, you will get to learn more and get paid more compared to Infy. Infy yearly hike and bonuses are not even peanut plus quality of work in SAP is not that great.

Hi,
Recently I got an offer from EY. Does a big 4 tag in resume really matters? Did you ever experienced any benefit from big 4 tag while looking for other companies?

Big 4 experience is good. Many consulting job posts have Big 4 experience as a preferred option.

Ex infoscion SAP ABAP er here...I have been there for 4 years..if u are a long timer and want proper yearly hikes don't consider Infy... Currently they will be having most ECC projects only only few are with S4/HANA..May be in the upcoming days more migration projects will come...Compared to EY u can get expect a flexible WFH option and work life balance based on ur projects... If u want good hikes go with EY..i don't know Abt the work environment there..its upto u...
