Infosys or Congizant

Which will be better for a 4 years experienced having expertise in Java Spring boot microservices. Infosys is offering 13.6 LPA ( including 10% variable pay) and Cognizant is offering 14.45 LPA (14lpa is fixed). How difficult will it be to get a project after joining these companies? Do Cognizant has strict 35 days bench policy to get a project?
