Infosys or Cognizant?
I have offer from both companies for AI Engineer role. Both are almost equal distance from my home. I have 7 years experience. Cts is offering 19.5L and Infy 16.20L. My current ctc is 13.7L I know the offer is not that great. Due to skill gap and 90 days notice period, this is what I got. Salary wise cts is highest. But I am thinking how both companies are performing now? Which one should I opt for a better learning and future opportunities? Looking for your valuable suggestions.

Join Cognizant, its doing good - lots of projects came in due to technology transformation and AI development. Me personally, have been treated very well here at CTS. Managers, team mates and leadership is supportive, encourages end-to-end ownership or projects. Its been almost 2 years and not once I have felt like I was being micromanaged.
But again, I believe this experience might differ from team-to-team, individual-to-individual. I am in CIS domain.

I have previously worked for product companies only so I don’t know how projects get assigned in cts. Could you give me an idea on that? Also I don’t know which domain what project I will be working on. It creates a uncertainty in my mind
Don't fall for Service based buddy. Maybe try in mnc product based since your background is AI already.
Both of my friends are cursing infy and ctc😅 not sure about your project 🤷♂️
You know a huge skill gap occurred due to the project in current organization. I am unable to crack any interviews so I just dropped paper when I got an offer. Even 90 days notice period is a curse
