Accenture. In infosys dont expect more than 6-8% on a good year. In Accenture if you leave last 2 years average hike without promotion is 15%
Infosys has a better work life balance though

From what I know, neither Infosys nor Accenture gives great hikes. I've worked at both, so I’ve seen it myself. It's funny how they suddenly offer a 100% hike when you're joining between these company, but not when you're already working there

That's true, they should start their own internal screening instead of hiring from outside on inflated pay. They can offer same here and may good resources get pass through their screening.

But some time lobbing and manipulation comes in play so might they avoid that and opt of hiring instead of reviewing internal resources.

This bad hiring policy is the root cause of all the problems in the IT sector.

All companies are saying employees salary is high, but they didn't give a hike to loyal employees but gave it to lateral hires. Loyal employees are paying the price of an unjustifiable hike given to lateral employees.
