Infosys offer letter
Hi All, I recently got offer from infosys for ReactJs developer role. I have around 3.3 years of experience and current ctc is 5.8 Lpa.
Infosys offered me 12.5 Lpa with 10% variable pay. I asked the hr to increase the package but he told this the max he can do.
So just wanted to know what range does infosys offer for a reactjs profile with 3+ years experience and is this offer good.
