I have 3 YOE and looking for a switch, Infosys is offering 10 LPA with level 4 designation, is it good?

Also, I’m not sure about the levels in Infosys. Can someone help me out?

JL4 pay range is between 8-18 LPA.

Most people with 3 YoE make around 10-12 only. I think you can push for 12.
