Trending @Wipro; Infosys offer
Hello people,
Got offer from Infosys with 30% hike. They are having 6 months probation period. Do I need to consider probation period seriously (I know I work goods lol) or is it just a process? Currently working in Wipro on B3 Band. Total IT exp 12 years 9 months.
Also my SBI home loan is in process and disbursement is yet to done. Is it ok to switch in between ?

First switch, then proceed for loan option

Loan application is already in process. Builder will not wait till my completion of notice period. In my loan application I have provided Wipro documents

Bhai agar flat hai toh surely stop it, builder bohot manipulative hote hain, unki story aur real market rate is really different, and agar delhi NCR Hai toh, I can bet it

Probation is usually just a formality, but don't slack off. Switching jobs during a loan process can be tricky; lenders might get jittery.

Concern no. 1: probation period
Majority of the companies have 6 months. Even in wipro, you had this at the time of joining. So this will not be a problem for you
Concern 2: home loan I have seen in other comment that you have probably crossed a month after application. Your home loan approval documents should be reached to you by 2-3 days more. after that, you can resign. If you have opted NACH, please make sure to have sufficient balance in your account on the date it's debiting. If you have opted for manual payment, make sure to pay your dues in time. Unless you are paying your loan bank, no one will investigate

Home Loan approval will take time. I cannot resign after getting approval documents as it will be too late to serve 90 days notice period in Wipro and join Infosys. I am thinking to flow the things as is and if they reject in worst case then apply for another bank. Kindly note that bank will do only part disbursement as the property is under construction

Go ahead with the job offer just check the project that you are going to work on and as for bank if they reject your loan just apply to other bank probably will get the loan easier with higher salary though u have to go through the bank application process again that's probably damn time consuming
