Hi all, I'll be transitioning to a new opportunity soon and wanted to ensure a smooth resignation process.
Would anyone be kind enough to share a checklist for the Infosys 90-day notice period?
I'm interested in things I need to do both before and after formally submitting my resignation.
Also, any suggestions on how to approach this conversation with HR would be greatly appreciated!

All the to-do list are available on the e-sep portal while you initiate your separation. Here are some checkpoints that you can download some documents like -
Last 3 -6 month salary slip
Form 16
Download any client recognition or awards you received
Have a check of your PF balance sheet

And there is no point having discussion with HR , they will not do anything or negotiate on your salary compensation. Dont think of this as of now , they themself want us to resign and leave the company.
I raised two weeks back What we should do for pf transfer option why it is asking so early without completion of the notice period
