Trending @Infosys; Infosys not utilising talent properly

Hi guys, I need motivation because last two years Im not working in my tech stack, even there is lots of opportunities there in my tech stack, managers mapped me into projects based on their needs mostly for support project only then giving me met expectation rating even for good work and my current manager is totally bull shit.
