Infosys manager round interview tips?

I have cleared the technical round in infosys. My managerial round is scheduled for next week. What kind of questions can I expect? I have 16 years of experience in .Net.

First of All, Congratulations! You have made it till the managerial round and don't go by negative comments like the market is down/Infosys is not hiring it's all bull shit, if they are not hiring why do you think they are wasting time and efforts on this process. Is managerial round an elimination round as my technical round went well but managerial round was not so well as he asked majorly technical questions not behavioural. So is it any risk!
