Did anyone happen to know whether the Infosys sacked around 400 employees was true?
Did they forcefully remove a woman at night?
Clients from onsite are asking about this.
Actually this lay-off is ok. When you get the offer letter, its written their that you have to undergo a training, and you would have 3attempts to clear it with perks related to pay as per grade.
As, they undertake graduates from all dept. this is really life saving for some who don’t have any coding background, as this makes you job ready. And you must be really bad at coding even after the training for 6months to be laid off.
I myself was part of that training and got released to project after 3months due to good performance in training.
If you are not cut-out to do basic coding/scripting IT is not the field for you my friend.
Which accounts affected? And where is this news coming from?
No account..they were all trainees..not deployed to prod...
