Infosys Launchpad Filling.. NSR and Resignation acceptance document.

Pease help me clear a few doubts regarding Launchpad filling:

1. Is NSR mandatory to have? Or can I put 'No' and proceed?
2. Is it mandatory to upload only the resignation acceptance email in the Launchpad? Because till now I only have resignation submission email and don't have resignation acceptance email.
3. If currently I have few documents missing will they extend Launchpad completion date?
