I have received offer from infosys. They have provided me a link for infosys launchpad where I need to upload a bunch of documents. I have already done that. Now after that 1 month has passed. Will they initiate background checks automatically? Will I receive any notification? Or it will be initiated at the time of my joining?

Hi I have a joining at Infosys in oct month but I got an email from launchpad team it has been delayed. Is anyone facing the delay in lateral joining. It’s happened to me three times this month.
