Infosys Lateral hire salary with 3 YOE
Hi All, I need to know what salary packages are offered by Infosys for lateral hires for the below role
Role -Servicenow Developer 3.5 YOE Previous Package 5.25 LPA

For lateral entry at Infosys, your average salary would be between INR 5-8 LPA, with 3 years of experience. However, depending on a number of factors this salary range may vary. Hi All,
I Have cleared technical and hr rounds today hr called me for CTC discussion, she told CTC will be 8.89 in which 10% will be Variable pay which will be paid on quarterly basis.
Now the main issue for me is it's been 4 months I joined TCS with 5.35 package.
Is it to good to shift within this short span ?
