For lateral entry at Infosys, your average salary would be between INR 5-8 LPA, with 3 years of experience. However, depending on a number of factors this salary range may vary. These factors include skills, job roles and performances. If you have a 4 YOE as a software engineer, at Infosys your annual salary would be INR 12LPA. Furthermore, the lateral hire may also benefit from Infosys bonuses, provident fund contributions and more.

I Have cleared technical and hr rounds today hr called me for CTC discussion, she told CTC will be 8.89 in which 10% will be Variable pay which will be paid on quarterly basis.
Now the main issue for me is it's been 4 months I joined TCS with 5.35 package.
Is it to good to shift within this short span ?

I have 3 YOE and looking for a switch, Infosys is offering 10 LPA with level 4 designation, is it good?
