Infosys interview process

I have attended infosys interview on 17 may and completed digital verification(UAN) and all 3 rounds are completed TR MR and HR on same day.

But today I have received call that I have to attend another round of technical interview. Not sure what happened anyone faced same issue? Or any inputs.

I had attended interview on 17 may and was offered certain CTC then after UAN verification I get a call that your interview was average and reduced my ctc thrice from the CTC which was decided F2F now ghosted
