Infosys Interview

Hi people. Needed suggestions. I got tech and manager round interview same day. I cleared both but hr round dint happen yet. It's been 4 days and in portal it says decision pending. Meanwhile they took some documents like payslips latest resume, pan, photos. But no communication yet. But HR dint call for next round. What does this mean.
