Infosys interview

Recently i had interviewed for a BA role in infosys. I cleared TR and then the HR scheduled the MR. In MR round the hiring manager told me it’s just a formal discussion as you have cleared the Technical round. Now HR is not receiving my call and i got mail of rejection with the mentioned reason which is still i am not able to digest how come you say that the expectations were not clear to the panel for the job role when you already cleared the technical round for the same. And now the HR becomes ghost who will not pick your call or not even give you proper feedback of the same. It feels disheartening!!
