infosys internal transfer for h4 ead visa

I have USA h4 ead visa and looking for transfer to usa location, my tenure in infosys is 10 month presently and i was on a production project from where i have been released recently. Is it possible through infosys? mY project group manager is putting me on project which again has no scope of USA transfer . am i being too optimistic to think of joining infosys usa on my visa given my tenure ?
