Infosys Hiring!

I have received the salary structure from infosys consulting. They have also asked for govt id and photo but they haven't still sent an offer letter or date of joining. It has been 10 days.

I mailed HR and they replied it would take 2-3 weeks. Should I be worried..Please Help
