oct is difficult. they gave hikes in Jan (JL5 and below) and April (for JL6 and above). I dont think we'll see another hike before Apr'26.

This is not official info, just my assumption.

They only know how to scam. They delay hilkes and during the next cycle say's "we have just given them"
Last 3 ratings they only gave for two ratings.

In townhall lead mentioned just past two quarters had provided hike, so didn’t plan yet
