I joined Infosys six months ago and would like to understand the hike and promotion structure. When can I expect the next appraisal or promotion, and what is the eligibility criteria for the same?

Oct 22 joiners received 1st appraisal/ compensation in Feb 25 so minimum 2+ years ... can check for IJP after 1 year you have completed, at that time you will have 1 rating to be eligible for IJP .😎

I heard from my colleague that there are default promotions here, and we become eligible after completing two years. Do you have any idea about this

Wait for 3 years before you even discuss this. Last set of laterals got hike only after 3 years
