Infosys hike and appraisal cycle

My joining date in infosys is on September 26, 2024. Will I be a part of the 2025 appraisal cycle or do I need to wait till 2026 for my next hike?

Here hikes won't make any difference. Last year I had good rating but got 5% hike and my teammates got 3%.

99% you won't be eligible. The appraisal cycle (traditionally) ends by June or July and hikes are given effective April 1st. We used to get arrears in July / August payroll.

This year they're mum about the possibility of there being an appraisal cycle, even.
