Infosys gate keeping my Offer, what to do?
I have cleared Infosys Interview in December 2024, HR confirmed the my section, stated offered package and digital BGC was also done. But the offer letter that was told to be released in before 25th Dec is not yet released. After couple of follow ups, I was told by HR that there's an Ops issue and my profile needs to be renewed. They closed my old application and opened a new one and told that they did it because they cant proceed with my old application, so they had to create new one. This happened in Jan 2025.
No update later from HR later, not to emails or phone calls, I'm very curious about this. Do you have any idea how they would proceed on this, your help in here would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. Yes, fortunately, I just got an offer from Cognizant yesterday. I'm gonna accept that, and follow up with Infosys once again.

Yeah, I'm doing that. But when I checked with infosys last time, they are not saying that my profile is rejected. They are saying that they are working on the fix. That's what keeping my hopes up !
@VirtuousConsensus similar thing happened to me but with IBM. But fortunately I had another offer in hand so I didn't stress much.
This might have happened due to the open position being filled internally or some other internal politics. I would really urge you to drop your expectations of any further updates from Infosys and try elsewhere.
