Hi everyone, just want to check with you that do Infy provide FNF and what is included in FNF? Do Infy encash leaves ?

I have been working at wipro for past 4 months due to financial crisis in my family for a BPO role but was already placed at Infosys as a System Engineer now I have got the joining letter from Infosys for a tech role I joined wipro for some money to help my family will it create any issue if I just abscond from wipro and join Infosys will it create any ruckus in bgv verification in infosys? Please help me with this!!!
