See basically in finacle two projects are there one is core project and other is Channel project luckily if u got channel project then there is 50% chance of onsite opportunities. But if u get deployed in core project then no chance for onsite and the project you will get in this unit is internal project if u join internal project no chance to get release from project.so before join please be careful because I am currently working in finacle project ahe work pressure is too much no growth nothing
