And why will you want to do it? To get some peanuts? The big dividend percentage declared is on face value not market value. Only original shareholders and folks who had bought at way lower price will benefit -

@WhereIsTheMoney No, you don’t get. To get dividend you need to have the shares in your demat account by ex-dividend date. If you buy tomorrow, it will take 2 days to get those added to demat. Delivery time in India is T+2days
