Trending @Infosys; Infosys Employee should not immediately join client's organization
Hello Everyone!! I'm currently working in infosys (JL 4B). Recently there has been an opening in my client organization and my skill set suits the JD very well. But in my infosys offer letter it is mentioned as I should not join my immediate client for 6 months after leaving infosys. Can you please let me know whether this rule is strictly followed in Infosys. If someone violates it, what will be the possible actions taken by Infosys Thanks in Advance!!
Apply !! No need to think to much. There might be filters at clients end. They may not take people who are working with them indirectly u till cool of period os over. But infosys will not create an issue unless you come and join the same project.

You can apply. My manager and upper management know the reason for my resignation. Still they didn't say anything about not joining the client organization.
Shouldn't have any problems. Go ahead and apply. I've seen far too many folks do the same in my project without any issues.
