Infosys emp need your suggestion

I’m currently working at Infosys as a Technology Analyst in Oracle unit. I was promoted from SSE (JL3) to TA (JL4) in JAN 2025. I recently received an external offer with an 100% hike. My manager reached out to me and informed that they are interested in retaining me and offered a 25% hike, which they said is the maximum possible, along with a promotion to JL5.

I have a couple of questions:

Since I was promoted to JL4 in JAN 2025, is there a cooling period before I can be promoted again to JL5?
I am currently working in the ORACL unit—what is the expected compensation band or hike for a promotion from JL4 to JL5?
