I am at DSE L0 for last three years now and not getting the progression to L1 as my billing in the tracker that they send every qtr shows zero for last 6 months i did lots of back and forth with my manager and anchor but no adequate help they are able provide manager suspects mostly it is a system issue but we don't know whom to contact
Can someone please guide here will be glad for the same

Manager have the power to promote, if they are not helping you that means they don't want to promote,, system issue is bullshit and they everytime makes these kind of exercises.. every thing is on your manager or senior manager m' s hand..hrs are just a clown here ..to follow instructions of senior manager,, thats it
