Hey Grapevine community!

I’m evaluating my options as a fresher and need some genuine guidance from those with industry experience. Here’s my situation:

Infosys Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE): 6.25LPA offer

TCS Digital: 7.0LPA offer

Which one should I join as a fresher? I want to make sure I select the best company for my growth—career development, quality of work, work culture, and opportunities.

Choose TCS then switch to Infosys later

But many people are telling me the learning curve in tcs is not so great because most of tcs projects doesn't have development side is that true

No learning bro to any company both companies should not give a chance to learn. Only thing is that TCS to Infosys switch is easy.

Choose DSE, crack Bridge PP exam and become Specialist Programmer within 1.5 years of joining. SP will always get Development work but you can't say the same thing about DSE though, if you are unlucky, you will be put in Support project

TCS digital has lots of variable component i think. Infy DSE would be full fixed - 43-44k inhand

Is it true that I heard dse candidates get only development projects and not support projects if there is no allocation they are allocated to bench

Choose TCS only if you have good skills you will get a project to work but infy it doesn't work with you there will be another team and they may keep on the bench also
