Infosys didn't call back

Infosys was offering X lpa that is very low to my expectations. Interview was on last Saturday and they called me on Monday for the offer. i told them it is very low then they ask what is my last expected salary. After telling that they told me they will call back tomorrow. Still no call came. In portal it is showing decision pending. Can I hope to hear back from them or no hope is there.
