I was working as a Technical lead. Took a break. Now got Infosys offer with designation as Senior Consultant. My question - is Senior consultant equivalent to lead in other companies or is it equivalent to Senior software engineer?

Does the role change in Infosys, e.g. From Consultant to Senior Consultant comes with Salary hike by default? If it does, what's the % increase expected?
Or the salary remains the same? And increment is independent of role change.
