Infosys delay in OL

I recently completed all interview rounds for a role at Infosys, followed by successful HR verification and background checks. The process seemed to be progressing smoothly, and I was hopeful about the next steps.

However, I’ve now been informed that my application is currently on hold, and there’s been no further update on the official Infosys portal—it still shows “HR Checklist” as the status.

I understand that large organizations have complex processes, and delays can happen. Still, I’d appreciate any insights or guidance from those who’ve experienced similar situations or are familiar with Infosys’s onboarding workflow.
