This is not correct. Unethical, Unexpected. Considering the inflation should atleast provide hike % to beat inflation. NOT DONE

😂 we are waiting for hikes😂 and another year to Infosys scam policy 🤐 they put again so many conditions and people who got hike like my JL will get 100-500 rupees hike😂😂😂😂🥲

I joined Infy back in July 2022….for JL5 we were supposed to get some firm update to have hike by this Jan 2025….not sure what exactly Infy have planned …anyone have any firm update …pls share
