Infosys current situation
What is the current situation in Infosys related to salary hikes, job safety and working hours?
I am currently working in TCS having an offer from Infosys for about 40% hike.
Mostly support projects, not much learning but we have hybrid office hours so that's good. Office hours depends on the project you are in. We just received hike after 3 years of joining so we can't expect timely hikes. Office politics depends on the project you are in. Not to worry about job safety unless you are not doing anything.
Just yesterday only someone here posted about mass layoffs happening there of experienced folks.
Its copy pest of tcs but with lower no of emp. So have some better aspects than tcs. Please join.
No hikes got outstanding rating twice. But didn't got any single penny extra
If you are happy with that salary for 2 year then join infosys
