Infosys consulting worth joining?

Ask is about "Infosys Consulting", not "Infosys Ltd"

Have interviewed for their BFSI practice, got okay vibes. How is the growth and work life balance there? I know that their pay is sub standard, so trying to figure out if future growth opportunities or Work life balance can compensate for the poor pay.
