Infosys Consulting f2f interview

I had 2 rounds of technical interview at Infosys consulting for Senior Analyst role (Private equity management reporting) and the interviewer (business unit head) in the second round informed me that I have to go to Bangalore for face to face interview. But the next day, I received a "intent to offer" mail from the hr. Does that mean that I am not going to have the f2f round in Bangalore? Does Infosys sends the intent letter before the final round? And the mail had the ctc breakup which I found to be pretty less. Should I try to negotiate? I don't want to lose the offer just because of negotiation due to which they might consider other candidate
