Hi Got selected as SCON JL6 in IC Bridge. Should i proceed with it, is it better than IL? I have got a very good team in IL and recently my mngr has recommended for JL6 here in IL aswell. Confused on both. Any thoughts?? Any pros and cons in IC?
Salary wise it will be better !! That IL JL6. In IL it will be 17.5. Hope IC has given you offer it should ideally be 30-40% hike. In IC you will be more like an individual contributor at JL6. If you are ok to tackle the Unkown , make decks on topic you don’t know in short TAT, good and confident communicator then you should try IC no harm. It will be Defintely higher pressure job than IL but will depend on where you land. What is your skill set. Would love to know what kind of questions were asked in the interview

Questions were purely based on my experience and Domain, which is functional.
If they don’t give you minimum 40_50% hike , no pint taking the extra load. Haggle for additional hike here. Tell your manager you have cracked IJP and will stay here only if they can promise atleast 30%. Else you will accepts the IJP. But i really don’t know how it works . Can you now reject IJP once selected
