Why does infosys portal status changes constantly. Some days application in progress moves to rejected, then a new application gets created and it progresses till to be interviewed, interview scheduled and then again moved to rejected. This is happening since a month.

All rounds completed on 10th November. HR said offer letter is sent for approval Anyone else gone through such statuses? What should be expected next?
