Infosys BGV completion how long is the process? What is BVF1, BVF2 in the image below? And what's the next step, please help.

I have filled the details in Launchpad, it shows as 'BGV initiated' from last 20 days. 1. How long will it take? 2. What is BVF1.pdf, BVF2.pdf, LOA.pdf? Do I need to do anything after receiving these pdf?

Anyone recently completed Launchpad filling, or recently joined Infosys please help.

I have been working at wipro for past 4 months due to financial crisis in my family for a BPO role but was already placed at Infosys as a System Engineer now I have got the joining letter from Infosys for a tech role I joined wipro for some money to help my family will it create any issue if I just abscond from wipro and join Infosys will it create any ruckus in bgv verification in infosys? Please help me with this!!!
