Trending @Infosys; Infosys Bench Policy For Lateral Hirings
I have joined Infosys one month back as a lateral hire with 4 years of Exp, and yet not got any projects, mostly I got not selected in any project interviews due to skill mismatch or what they want that skill I don’t have hands on experience?? I want to know the bench policy of infosys for Lateral hirings.
Just wait for atleast 3 months, I hope you will get allocated to one.. till then keep yourself upskilled. I personally got a project after 2 months of my hire date
Better switch, their bench policy is the worst among other organization's policy they'll make you work in skillset not matching with yours since you've joined recently try to check your offer letter if before completing probation you resign notice period will be 1month.
I am on bench from 8 months due to the same reason, my confirmation was due in start of March but they extended my probation for six more months rather than confirming it.
