What is the current bench policy in Infosys. Will i be asked to resign as soon as i am on bench been part of a project for 1 and 1/2 year now. Will be on bench from next week.

You will not asked to resign. You will be given enough opportunities and times . You only have to worry if you are getting bad feedback in multiple interviews. Till then enjoy u your bench time and prepare for interview !!

As long as u dont fail 3 interviews badly u are safe till next jan,if u cant get project in next 10 months then u will get bad rating and be sacked but try to study and dont mess up in interviews especially client ones
