What will be the in-hand salary of 9.8lpa including 10% variable pay at Infosys in Bangalore location? considering the new tax regime.

Just add all the monthly salary components in offer letter EXCEPT performance pay (however this will be paid once in 3 months but not 100% pay) ,PF you will also be deducted -₹200 for welfare trust , if you think of opting for health insurance then lets keep it -₹5000 ( for example )
This should give u a approximate of how much inhand you will get
