Infosys application

My recent Infosys application got rejected with the status "In process for another job application." However, when I checked, there are no active or in-progress applications in my current profile.

I did have an older profile with a completely different email and phone number, and I never linked any PAN or official ID in either account. So, I'm confused about how my current application was flagged or rejected, considering there's no obvious connection between the two profiles.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Would appreciate your thoughts or insights.
