Hi everyone, I’m considering traveling abroad on a visit visa for a year. I wanted to check if Infosys allows a long leave or break for such a duration, and if so, whether I’d be able to rejoin the organization after a year.

Has anyone taken a similar break before? Would it be treated as a sabbatical, or would I need to resign and reapply later? Any insights on company policies or personal experiences would be really helpful.
