Can anyone tell me about the details of Accelerate? If we have not mapped the project, how will it be used, and if the project can we accelerate it? And advance thank you for your reply
There are 2 sides of accelerate

Work creator - you can create your own acc tasks/ small gigs/ you can also add tasks related to proj if you need extra help of resources.

Work performer or people who want to apply for a acc task. -
People who are bench can apply for acc tasks related to their technology/stream. Once you are selected for the task, you will be allocated to an acc code.
Once you complete the task. You'll get some acc points (literally of no use) and you're total billable utilization will increase for that month.
You can also apply to acc job even if you're in a proj. (But hardly anyone does acc in spite of being in a proj. Kaam bahot hota hai )
Once you apply for acc task. Mail & ping the work creator regarding it. Keep following up. They don't reply until we do.
