Infosys : will HR call back?

Last Saturday i attended an interview and got selected for a technical analyst role. But HR said he will not give more than 12 lakhs. I am currently getting 11.5 lps. He just incremented 50k.

I said my expectations are above 14 lakhs and declined.

Will the HR call back??

Same happened with me, and i got a call from project hr saying they didn’t get approval for me

If you are in notice period then just accept it and consider it as backup. Don't decline straight away.
