I have seen a lot of people asking about associate promotion, so sharing my info.

1. DOJ,QUARTER & YEAR ->I joined in Aug 2022 as PAT and was promoted in Q3 2024 as Associate.

2. Your Domain ->ADM Domain

3. Previous Year-End Rating -> 5 rating

4. Nomination procedure ( Did ur manager receive any email regarding your eligibility from HR/manager promoted directly from Go-Perform/ If there is any other method)

-> My manager nominated me in goperform at the end of August month.After a few days, I came to know a call happened between HR and associate director with some other leads as well on associate promotions in our project.During that time, they agreed to promote me...

Just letting you know, not only managers , in the background some discussions were happening with leads and they are taking the decisions.

I have seen a couple of people even if the manager is nominated, they didn't get promoted.

5. When the designation and salary changes are effective!? In teams, profile got updated around Oct 10th. Received an updated salary on October 31st. The package is varying based on the domains, for ADM it is 6 LPA.
