Hii team,I want one information what is lop criteria for new joiners . and if they give resignation from company on lop period then they still have to serve 3month notice period or not ....🤔

There's generally 1 yr of probation within which if u fail to get into a project u give get lop for period of 3 mnths and if u still don't get a project during that period then termination. Also during the 1 yr probation u have a 1 mnth notice period if u resign provided u aren't in any project. Once probation is over it's always 3 mnths no matter u are in lop or not.
