Trending @Accenture; Info required regarding CTC and TechLeap

I joined Accenture under SASA role (Non-Tech) in July 2024 but was given an opportunity to give the coding round and get the profile of System Engineering by the LKM team which after successfully clearing changed my stream from Quality Engineering to Java alongside B.Tech guys. However, there is no upgrade of CTC while doing the same work as tech guys. Can anyone shed light on this?

Also if I clear Tech Leap how much will my salary be in hand currently near 22k?
